Marketing + Operations

The same coordination instincts, applied to campaigns and teams: research that feeds a campaign, content that runs on a calendar, and systems that keep a small office consistent.

PROFESSIONAL AGENCY WORK · 2023

MAP360 Collective

Entertainment Marketing Intern • New York • Jan.–May 2023 • Northeastern co-op

Supported account teams across simultaneous entertainment, sports, and experiential campaigns for clients including Netflix, HBO, Paramount, NBC, and Major League Soccer. My work was the research and operations underneath the campaigns, plus the trackers, media monitoring, recaps, prizing, and decks that kept several accounts moving at once.

HOW THE RESEARCH FED A CAMPAIGN
01Audience + market
02Creator discovery + evaluation
03Media + radio
04Venues + pricing
05Local partners
→Trackers, recaps, decks
Creator work was discovery and evaluation (audience, fit, reach, engagement), not direct outreach.
HYPOTHETICAL · INTERN PROJECT · NOT A CLIENT CAMPAIGN

The Idol — Premiere Plan

An independently developed hypothetical marketing plan for HBO's The Idol premiere, completed as a MAP360 intern project. I chose four markets on audience and commuting logic, then built creator, podcast, radio, gift-box, and out-of-home plans around them.

Los AngelesThe show's Hollywood setting; many colleges; a driving market, so radio.
New YorkMany colleges; a transit market, so long commutes, podcasts, and transit placements.
DallasA large share of residents in their 20s; mostly drivers.
AtlantaA growing millennial destination; mostly drivers.

A proposal only: nothing was booked, spent, or launched. Market notes reflect 2023 research.

Content + Digital

Ziegler Insurance Group / Allstate • Operations & Marketing Manager • Aug. 2026–present

I run the agency's weekly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn calendar: writing captions, developing creative, and publishing through Meta Business Suite and Hearsay/Yext alongside approved corporate campaigns. I handle daily community management, escalate anything sensitive, and maintain the website's educational and service content and the Google Business Profile.

SYSTEMS I BUILT

Operations Systems

The same coordination work, in an office: SOPs and onboarding resources, project tracking, and the systems below, all built so a small team works the same way every time.

Internal Knowledge Assistant
BEFOREProcess knowledge was spread across documents and people, answers varied, and customer information needed safeguards.
BUILTA repository-based internal GPT that cites sources, requires verification, and follows privacy rules.
NOWOne reference point to find and check process information.
CRM Note Generator
BEFORENotes varied by person and could miss details a teammate would need later.
BUILTA structured generator that organizes call details, flags missing information, and outputs consistent CRM-ready notes.
NOWRough call details become standardized notes faster; adoption is still growing.
Performance Reporting
BEFORELead and performance data existed but wasn't reviewed through one consistent loop.
BUILTRecurring daily and weekly reports and trackers connecting lead activity to outcomes.
NOWUsed in regular performance reviews and coaching, and to spot where follow-up needs attention.
