Supported a two-day outdoor event build and live production on a large private property. Work moved between production inventory, vendor and site logistics, décor distribution, final setup, guest-facing cocktail operations, and full event strike.
PRODUCTION CONTEXT
The wider team set up the property over most of a week. My two days: unboxing and organizing production inventory, then running the vendor lot and final setup before guests arrived, floating the cocktail area during the event, and breaking it down after.
