Live events, experiential builds, and film. Most of this work was on Rafanelli Events crews in Boston and New York, where I've been a freelance production assistant since December 2024, after an internship that fall.
A.R.T. Gala
Rafanelli Events • Bright-Landry Hockey Center, Harvard University • Allston, Massachusetts • May 2025A hockey arena floor turned into a cocktail and dinner venue. The production loaded in over several days of rigging, lighting, sound, and carpet before event setup. I worked event night as a floater in the guest-services area, then stayed through the overnight breakdown.
MGH CenterStage
Rafanelli Events • Museum of Fine Arts Boston • May 2025A gala spread across the museum's galleries and rotunda. I unpacked production inventory and set up cocktails, greeted guests and floated a gallery during the event, then supported breakdown and strike.
Pops on the Heights
Rafanelli Events • Boston College, Conte Forum • September 2024The annual scholarship gala featuring the Boston Pops and Goo Goo Dolls, staged in a working arena. I set up green-room hospitality for the band, ran meal and cleaning deliveries, supported the live show in the arena, then broke down the green room and décor and helped with the post-show load-out.
MGH Campaign Finale
Rafanelli Events • Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport • May 2025A branded campaign celebration with a featured Liam's Lemonade activation. I supported dinner setup, assisted the production manager and the activation during the event, and helped with breakdown and load-out.
