MGH Aspire Spring Gala

Supported the gala from morning setup through final strike. A major part of the build was the Sweet Shoppe activation, where loose inventory, containers, and display elements were assembled and detailed onsite before the room opened to guests. After setup, shifted into production-manager and guest-flow support before breakdown.

PRODUCTION CONTEXT

Load-in ran the day before; setup, event, and strike all happened on April 10. My setup day centered on the Sweet Shoppe build, with registration support as needed. During the event I worked the door and assisted the production manager, then stayed for breakdown.
