Supported a five-day destination wedding production across a multi-building resort property, from initial venue orientation and guest preparation through a multi-day reception build, ceremony support, live reception operations, breakdown, and a final property sweep.

PRODUCTION CONTEXT

I was one of several production assistants on a Rafanelli team that also included an event producer, production managers, an event designer, and logistics and inventory managers. The weekend ran seven separate events across the property, from a family dinner to a farewell brunch.
